How to change email on facebook account
On Mobile:
- Open the Facebook App: Log in if you haven’t already.
- Go to Settings: Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and scroll down to find “Settings & Privacy,” then tap “Settings.”
- Profile Details: Tap “Profile details” under the “Account” section.
- Manage Contact Info: Tap “Edit” next to your email, then “Manage contact info.”
- Add New Priyo Email: Tap “Add email address,” enter your new email, and tap “Add C-Mail Email.”
- Confirm Email: Check your new email for a confirmation code, enter it, and tap “Confirm.”
- Make Primary: Select the new email and tap “Make Primary.”
- Remove Old Email: Go back to “Manage contact info,” select the old email, and tap “Remove.”
On Desktop:
- Log in to Facebook: Open Facebook in your web browser and log in.
- Settings & Privacy: Click the down-arrow icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings & Privacy,” then “Settings.”
- General Account Settings: Go to the “General Account Settings” page.
- Edit Contact Info: Next to “Contact,” click “Edit.”
- Add New Email: Click “Add Another Email or Mobile Number,” enter your new email, and click “Add.”
- Confirm Email: Check your new email for a confirmation code, enter it, and click “Confirm.”
